1. Does it cost anything to use Weloxy Bar?
No, the service is completely free.
2. How do I install Weloxy Bar?
Click on the download button and follow the installation process. Your browser will have to be restarted after the installation. When you logon Facebook for the first time via the Weloxy Bar, the Weloxy application on Facebook will come up - click on 'Log In with Facebook' when prompted. The application will ask you for permission to post on your wall, please click 'Allow' to start sharing. And Weloxy Bar is all set!
3. I have installed Weloxy Bar, but it doesn't want to make posts on my wall
and/or it doesn't work at all.
GENERAL / FACEBOOK
Make sure that you log in, but if it still doesn't work then go to your Facebook Account Settings, click on 'Apps' and go through the list of your applications. Click on "Weloxy Bar" and check whether this application can post on your behalf. If this is not checked, you will need to remove the application, log out from your Facebook account and login again via Weloxy Bar. Make sure you click on 'Log In with Facebook' and that you 'Allow' this application to post on your behalf. We will only use this right to post the things you ask us to do.
If pop-up windows are blocked on your Firefox browser you can resolve this issue by:
Clicking on the orange 'Firefox' button in the upper left hand side corner of your browser, then click on 'Options', and then on 'Content'. You then have two choices:
1. Uncheck 'Block pop-up windows', or
2. Keep 'Block pop-up windows' checked, but click on 'Exceptions...' button next to it,
type www.weloxy.com into the window and click 'Allow'
4. What happens when I click on any of the "pre-made" buttons?
By clicking on the set buttons or writing your own comment in the box provided, Weloxy Bar will display the URL of the website you are visiting along with your comments on your Facebook wall.
5. How do I post my comment via "add comment"?
Just press the 'enter' key to post your comment and URL to your Facebook wall when you "add comment".
6. When I try to change colour of buttons in settings, it does not work.
Uncheck the 'Change all buttons' box to change colours separately for each button.
7. How do I get back to default version of Weloxy bar?
Clicking on the 'Reset' button will see both colours and phrases to their default version.
